Which hat?
Spotted: a kilometre of median strip with upside-down witches hats in it. Now if this was a road near Bondi I would have thought it was a part of Sculptures by the Sea, but this was no where near Bondi so I wasn’t sure if it was a strange prank or if it had some sort of functional purpose. Either way, it looked cool and made the journey home a bit more exciting, especially after sitting in stand-still traffic for an hr.
